My reminders aren’t arriving
Check that notifications are on for CarMind in your iPhone’s Settings → Notifications → CarMind, and that Focus or Do Not Disturb isn’t hiding them.
In the app, open Settings → Reminders & alerts to choose what you’re reminded about.
Reminders based on kilometers use your estimated odometer, so update it now and then. CarMind reminds you when the last reading is getting old.
A scan didn’t read my receipt correctly
Lay the receipt flat in good light and fit the whole thing in the frame. Thermal receipts read best before they fade.
You can always correct the amount, date or category before saving. Scanning works on iPhone only, and the photo is read on your device.
How do I back up or move my data to a new phone?
With CarMind Pro, sign in and turn on Cloud sync under Settings → your account. On the new phone, sign in to the same account and your records come back.
Photos are kept on the device and are not part of the cloud backup.
I bought Pro but the app shows Free
Open the CarMind Pro screen in the app and tap Restore purchases, using the same Apple ID you bought with.
If you’re signed in to a CarMind account, sign in with the same account you used when you subscribed.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → CarMind and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
For refunds, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, open Settings, tap your account, then tap Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and cloud backup.
Data saved on your phone is removed when you delete the app. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription. Cancel that in your Apple ID settings.
Is CarMind AI always right?
No. CarMind AI gives general guidance based on the details you’ve entered, and it can make mistakes. For safety-related problems, have a qualified mechanic inspect your vehicle.
